TraceLock is sold as a one-time service for a set period of 1 year. Once purchased, the fee is non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether your bike is found during the 1-year period, whether you cancel before it ends, or how many match alerts you receive. If your bike is recovered or you choose to cancel the service, no partial refund will be issued for the remaining time. You will, however, retain access to any alerts and evidence generated during the period you paid for.
