Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Digital Products

All products sold on our website are digital and delivered electronically. Because digital content is non-returnable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and access has been granted, except in exceptional circumstances outlined below.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a non-tangible, digital item, and you understand and agree that all sales are final.

TraceLock is sold as a one-time service for a set period of 1 year. Once purchased, the fee is non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether your bike is found during the 1-year period, whether you cancel before it ends, or how many match alerts you receive. If your bike is recovered or you choose to cancel the service, no partial refund will be issued for the remaining time. You will, however, retain access to any alerts and evidence generated during the period you paid for.

Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

We may consider a refund under the following limited circumstances:

  1. Unauthorised or Fraudulent Use
    If your payment method was used without your permission, or the purchase was made fraudulently (e.g., stolen credit card), please contact us immediately. We may request documentation to verify the claim.
  2. Underage Purchases
    If a purchase was made by someone under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent, a refund may be granted upon review.
  3. Duplicate Transactions
    If you accidentally purchased the same digital listing more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge(s).
  4. Technical Issues (Access Problems)
  5. If you are unable to access the product due to a technical fault on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.

    To request a refund under the above circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

    We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Granting a refund is at our sole discretion based on the details provided.

     

    International Sales

    We serve customers worldwide. Depending on your country, you may have legal rights regarding digital purchases. We comply with applicable consumer protection laws; however, in most jurisdictions, once a digital product is accessed or downloaded, the right to a refund is waived.
